This small address plate has a strong and full tree framed with two lines of text. The top line of "Planted in memory of" is static and the bottom line is personalized and holds up to sixteen 0.75 inch characters.
What does vitrified mean? Vitrification is the process during manufacturing where the clay and glaze in the address plaque are heated up together to a temperature that permanently fuses the particles together. When the ceramic material has been vitrified, it is impervious to water and will hold up against the elements when it hangs on the outside of your home.
