Forged from solid brass, these door knockers are manufactured through the use of a time-honored craft. Each is made from molten brass that is poured into a sand mold where it's formed, cooled and then carefully examined to ensure the highest level of quality. Polished to a high gleam, the Doctor’s Door Knocker comes in 6 1/4 inch and 8 inch models, enabling you to purchase the perfect size for any door – exterior or interior!
Large model measurements:
- Discontinued: The standard version of the Doctor's Door Knocker measures 6 1/2 inches tall by 2 inches wide. From center to center it measures 3 1/2 inches with a projection of 2 3/4 inches.
- The large version of the Doctor's Door Knocker measures 8 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide. From center to center it measures 5 1/8 inches with a projection of 3 1/2 inches.
Don't forget to select a finish and size option in the drop down menu. Finish options are: Polished Brass (as shown), Antique Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Pewter/Antique Nickel, and Weathered Black. Please note that the Pewter and Antique Nickel are identical finishes.
